Warum
„Wir machen das wie letztes Jahr“
kein guter Plan ist

„Wir machen das wie letztes Jahr.“
Klingt pragmatisch. Spart Zeit.

  • Neues Budget?
  • Neue Zielgruppen?
  • Neue Plattformen oder Schnittstellen?
  • Neue rechtliche Anforderungen (DSGVO, Barrierefreiheit, Nachhaltigkeit)?

5. Innovation lebt von Mut, nicht von Gewohnheit

Wer Teilnehmer begeistern will, muss überraschen.

Wer den Markt mitgestalten will, muss vorausdenken.

Deshalb gilt für uns: „Same same“ ist kein Qualitätsmerkmal. Sondern ein Warnsignal.

6. Fazit:

Wer den Markt mitgestalten will, muss vorausdenken.

Wer begeistern will, denkt nicht zurück. Sondern nach vorn.

Unsere monatlichen Feature Updates, sollten Beweis genug sein 🙂

Besser: „Was hat gut funktioniert, was können wir optimieren – und was braucht es dieses Jahr, um zu begeistern?“

Oder wie wir bei uns sagen: Let's build it better - not just again.
