Registrierungsplattform-Update April 2026:
Öffentliche Events & Mailing-Power

Der April erweitert die Plattform in zwei Richtungen: Registrierungen werden für ein breiteres Publikum zugänglich — und die Mailing-Infrastruktur wächst.

Neue Features

Öffentliche Event-Registrierung

Die Plattform kennt jetzt zwei Registrierungstypen. Invitation Events bleiben das, was sie sind: geschlossene Veranstaltungen, bei denen jeder Teilnehmer persönlich eingeladen wird — Zugang nur über einen individuellen Link, volle Kontrolle über den Teilnehmerkreis. Neu dazu kommen Public Events: kein vordefinierter Personenkreis, kein Einladungsversand, ein offener Link genügt. Wer sich registrieren möchte, kann es tun. Für Events, bei denen der Teilnehmerkreis nicht im Voraus bekannt ist, ist das die passende Lösung. In einem der nächsten Updates folgt dazu der Review-Prozess — damit lässt sich dann auch bei öffentlichen Events steuern, wer am Ende wirklich dabei ist.

Brevo-Integration

Neben SMTP steht jetzt auch Brevo als Mailing-Provider zur Verfügung. Wer bereits mit Brevo arbeitet oder mehr Kontrolle über Zustellbarkeit und Tracking möchte, kann die Plattform entsprechend anbinden.

Verbesserungen

CC & BCC in Mail-Templates

Mail-Templates unterstützen jetzt CC und BCC — für interne Kopien, Team-Kommunikation oder transparente Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.

Erweiterter Bookings Export

Der Bookings Export liefert jetzt mehr Daten — darunter auch die Anzeige des zugehörigen Hosts direkt in der Exportdatei. Auswertungen werden damit deutlich einfacher.

Registrierungsliste

Die Registrierungsliste lässt sich jetzt noch gezielter auswerten — mit erweiterten Filter-, Such- und Sortierfunktionen, die eine schnelle Orientierung auch bei großen Teilnehmerzahlen ermöglichen.

Mehr Reichweite, mehr Mailing-Optionen, mehr Auswertungstiefe — der April legt für die dgtl.ai Registrierungsplattform eine solide Basis für öffentliche Events wie Probefahrten und komplexere Event-Setups.
