Event software
for industrial and manufacturing companies
dgtl.ai provides digital event infrastructure for industrial and manufacturing companies: registration for recurring executive conferences, companion Progressive Web Apps, virtual trade show presences and multi-year online event streaming, for corporations that need to communicate reliably even without physical trade shows and across many countries.

Why events in manufacturing have distinct software requirements
Industrial companies often communicate across the whole group, internationally, and over many years, using the same recurring formats. That comes with its own set of requirements:
Recurring, global executive conferences that need to run stably for years while continuing to evolve
Cancelled or restricted trade shows (for example during the pandemic) call for full-fledged digital alternatives rather than stopgap solutions
Complex, technical product innovations need to come across clearly, even remotely
International rollouts across many languages and markets at once, each with its own time zone and its own agenda
Streaming content that sometimes needs to be delivered reliably and at scale over several years
Our modules for industry and manufacturing
All building blocks can be combined modularly and used both for individual formats and for multi-year, recurring partnerships.
Registration for executive conferences
Registration for recurring, global executive conferences, running reliably for years and continuously refined.
Progressive Web App for event content
dgtl.ai delivers relevant content to attendees before the event through a PWA on its online platform, and keeps it with them throughout: no app store installation required.
Streaming platform for virtual trade show presences
When physical trade shows are cancelled, dgtl.ai provides the streaming platform, video content management and technical integration with registration, using a simulive format where helpful: pre-produced content broadcast at fixed times, with chat support and direct contact with subject matter experts. Each market gets its own player, its own language and its own agenda.
Multi-year online event streaming
For companies that run digital events on a recurring basis, dgtl.ai provides the streaming infrastructure as a reliable, multi-year part of their event communications.
Presentation platform with interactive 3D models
dgtl.ai makes complex machinery accessible through interactive 3D models: prospects rotate, zoom and explore the product themselves in the browser, then book a personal consultation or an in-depth product demonstration straight afterward through a built-in calendar, all on one platform, from the first digital impression to a concrete meeting.
Interactive media installations
Media installations for the trade show booth that explain new manufacturing processes interactively. The same installations can then continue in permanent use in a showroom or customer forum afterward, instead of disappearing once the show ends.
Use cases for industrial and manufacturing companies
From the annual executive conference to a short-notice trade show replacement, the same platform supports very different occasions, whether a one-off event or something that spans several years.
Annual, worldwide executive conference
Thousands of attendees on a fixed annual date, across many locations and languages, year after year on the same platform.
Short-notice cancellation of a trade show
A full-fledged digital replacement within a few weeks, rolled out simultaneously for many countries and languages.
Internal and external annual program
Several recurring formats throughout the year, from the internal conference to the external customer event, all on shared infrastructure.
Product launches without trade show travel
Show new machinery to an international audience with no trade show travel required, and let prospects book a personal conversation directly afterward.
Trade show presence with lasting showroom use
Interactive media installations explain complex manufacturing processes at the trade show booth, then continue unchanged in the showroom or customer forum afterward, instead of disappearing once the show ends.
Experience with industry and manufacturing
dgtl.ai has experience delivering digital event solutions for international industrial and manufacturing companies, from recurring executive conferences to virtual replacement trade show presences with multilingual rollout.
International power technology group
For an international power technology group, we have run event registration for a global executive conference for two years, complemented by a Progressive Web App on our online platform to deliver relevant content before and during the event.
Manufacturer from the sanitary industry
For an internationally active manufacturer from the sanitary industry, we delivered a multi-day virtual product presentation. In early 2021, trade shows across the industry were cancelled, and the company still wanted to present its product innovations as a genuine brand experience rather than a video conference. The answer was a real trade show booth of more than 300 square meters, open to visitors only digitally: a complete film studio, where product presentations and expert panels were recorded over several weeks. The concept rolled out within three months across 35 countries in 26 languages, with as many as 11 markets running in parallel across Europe. Rather than a live broadcast across 35 time zones, the team chose simulive: pre-produced, professionally managed content broadcast at fixed times, with chat support and direct contact with subject matter experts. Each of the 35 markets had its own player, its own language, its own agenda and its own schedule, all controlled through the platform dgtl.ai provided. The result: a signup rate of more than 25 percent in Switzerland and Austria, a streaming volume equivalent to a year of linear TV programming, and an industry award for best event execution.
