launch of our native check-in app for test drives and events

In April, it finally happened: our new native iPad check-in app went live.It’s optimized for high-frequency events like test drives — and flexible enough for classic guest registrations at corporate events.

The result: faster workflows, real-time transparency, and a better guest experience from the very first interaction.

Highlights of the new app

• Real-time project and guest management
• Live dashboard with key metrics (e.g. checked-in, no-show, ongoing drives)
• Dynamic guest lists with color-coded status indicators
• QR code check-in with instant scanning

Two smart check-in worlds – automatically detected

Depending on the event type, the app automatically detects whether it’s a corporate event or a public test drive and loads the corresponding check-in workflow.

For classic events

• Check-in via QR code or name search
• Digital signature for photo and video consent

For test drives

• Verification of guest master data
• Live vehicle assignment with real-time availability check
• Digital signature for participation terms and optional consents
• Start and end of the test drive with precise timestamps
• Vehicle management directly from the tablet
• Automatic generation and storage of legally compliant documents (including time, vehicle, driver, and route)

With this new app, we’re taking the check-in experience for events and test drives to a completely new level — intuitive, compliant, and live. The app is now available for iPads and is fully integrated into our event platform.
