October Update 2025 –
More control. More automation. More insight.
With our October release, we’re rolling out another major update designed to make working with our event platform even more efficient, flexible, and transparent. This release brings significant improvements across resource management, communication, and registration — all to help teams plan smarter and deliver smoother event experiences.
🚀 New features & improvements
You can now define conditional logic within registration and order documents. This allows content to automatically adapt based on participant data or booking parameters — ideal for creating more personalized, context-aware documents and confirmations.
Our new quota groups feature lets you bundle multiple resources under a shared capacity limit. Perfect for events with limited availability across sessions or categories — ensuring fair allocation and transparent resource tracking.
The stock import workflow has been re-engineered to make quota management more stable and transparent — especially for complex, multi-resource event setups.
Public events can now be booked without creating an account upfront. The participant account is generated automatically upon confirmation — ideal for fast, accessible, and low-friction registration flows.
Organizers can now set custom background images for event previews — either from the preview image itself or directly from event metadata. It’s a simple way to make your event pages more visual and brand-aligned.
A small but powerful upgrade: mail templates now support BCC and CC — perfect for internal team copies or transparent stakeholder communication.
Every participant’s complete email history is now accessible directly within their profile — from invitation to confirmation. This ensures full visibility across all communication touchpoints.
We’ve fine-tuned mobile typography — reducing heading sizes by 10% for improved readability and visual balance on smaller screens.
🔧 Enhancements & fixes from the summer releases

- Metadata management with import/export, sorting, and bulk deletion
- Badge generation and export via reports
- Feedback and form modules for individual event evaluation
- Multilingual documents and automatic language detection during registration
- Sendinblue (Brevo) integration with attachment support
- Dynamic content personalization for event pages
- Backup & restore functionality for event metadata
In short: more stability, more automation, and better data structure for complex event setups.
