Registration platform update February 2026:
introducing a new generation

We announced it in December, it passed its first live tests in January — and now we're making it official: our new registration platform (internally known as "Registration 3.0").

How we got here

We've been building registration platforms for years, and our previous systems have reliably handled hundreds of events. But technology cycles are getting shorter, and the demands on scalability and data management keep growing. At some point, a clean new foundation makes more sense than continuously rebuilding what's already there.

In October 2025, we made exactly that call. No big relaunch — just a pragmatic start on a modern architecture. The goal: simplify complex processes under the hood to move faster and more flexibly in day-to-day operations. Four months later, the platform is live in production.

What the platform can do today

Invitations & status logic

At the heart of the platform is a rigorously designed status model — one that currently shines brightest at invite-only events. Attendees are imported or added manually, invitations go out automatically, and every interaction triggers a status change (Initial, Invited, Accepted, Confirmed, Declined, Cancelled) along with the right email at the right moment. Every step in the process is fully transparent.

RSVP landing pages: clarity through focus

Accept, Confirm, Decline — three dedicated landing pages that make the registration process as frictionless as possible for guests. The focused RSVP approach delivers a clear advantage: fewer inputs, faster responses, low setup overhead. If all your event needs is a simple yes or no, this workflow is as lean as it gets. One click, status updates, confirmation goes out.

Dynamic metadata

No more rigid data models. Metadata fields are configurable per event — field types, structures, required fields. What an event needs gets built. What it doesn't stays out of the way. Clean data, high performance.

Registration forms & dynamic wizards

For events that need more than a pure RSVP, multi-step registration forms step in. They adapt dynamically to the attendee — steps and fields can be freely defined, guiding each guest through exactly the process the event concept requires. No overhead. No noise.

CMS & content in one place

Pages, content, and templates are managed directly within the platform. From the registration form to the confirmation page, every touchpoint is controlled from a single place.

Native check-in app integration

Registration doesn't end on the web. Our existing check-in app is natively connected — all registration data is available on-site in real time, for a smooth entry experience without any media breaks.

What's coming next

A platform is never "done" — it grows with what's needed. In the coming weeks, we're adding:

  • Guest registrations (accompanying persons)
  • Bookable add-on services
  • A conditions system for highly dynamic form logic
  • Public events: opening the platform to events without prior invitation

We build what our projects actually need — and share the progress here, step by step. Registration 3.0 is live. Let's build something great together.
