Registration platform update March 2026:
guests, products & conditions
March brings three features that fundamentally expand the registration process: companion registrations, bookable services — and logic that dynamically controls what appears in the form.
New features
Attendees can now register companions or guests as part of their own registration. The inviting attendee becomes the host, the companion the guest. Guest details can be copied directly from the host — less effort, faster process. In the backend, guests are directly linked to their host and easy to identify at a glance.
Bookable services can now be integrated directly into the registration form. Products are organized in groups, quotas can be defined — and attendees choose what's relevant for them when they register. From a conference session to a shuttle transfer: whatever the event offers can now be part of the registration process.
The registration form just got smarter. Conditions let you control which content, fields, or steps are shown to an attendee — based on their category, metadata, or booked services. The result: a form that adapts to the individual, instead of sending everyone through the same process.
When an attendee updates their details in the frontend, an update email goes out automatically — no manual step required.
Improvements
The registration status has been extended with "Cancelled". Registrations that were withdrawn after confirmation can now be clearly distinguished from declined ones — cleaner data, clearer reporting.
New pages and landing pages extend the registration process — more flexibility in designing confirmation, edit, and cancellation flows.
More flexibility in the form, more depth in the process — March makes the dgtl.ai registration platform significantly more expressive.
