Registration Platform Update April 2026:
Public Events & Mailing Power
April expands the platform in two directions: registration becomes accessible to a broader audience — and the mailing infrastructure grows.
New Features
The platform now supports two registration types. Invitation Events remain what they are: closed events where every participant is invited personally — access only via an individual link, full control over the attendee list. New alongside them are Public Events: no predefined audience, no invitation process, a single open link is enough. Anyone who wants to register can do so. For events where the audience isn't known in advance, this is the right solution. A review process will follow in one of the next updates — allowing control over who ultimately attends even for public events.
Alongside SMTP, Brevo is now available as a mailing provider. Anyone already working with Brevo, or wanting more control over deliverability and tracking, can connect the platform accordingly.
Improvements
Mail templates now support CC and BCC — for internal copies, team communication, or transparent alignment with stakeholders.
The Bookings Export now delivers more data — including the associated host directly in the export file. This makes reporting significantly easier.
The registration list can now be analyzed even more precisely — with enhanced filter, search, and sort functions that enable quick orientation even with large numbers of participants.
More reach, more mailing options, more reporting depth — April lays a solid foundation for the dgtl.ai registration platform to support public events like test drives and more complex event setups.
