Testfahrt-Aktionen und Roadshows setzen zunehmend auf digitale Buchungsstrecken für Probefahrten. Zwischen „man kann online buchen" und einer Plattform, die den ganzen Ablauf trägt, liegt allerdings einiges. dgtl.ai hat mit der Buchungsplattform für die Audi Driving Days 2026 eine solche Lösung gebaut, an sechs Standorten über fünf Wochen. Dabei wurde deutlich: Eine Probefahrt-Buchungsplattform muss heute mehr können als Termine verwalten.


Was ist eine Probefahrt-Buchungsplattform?


Eine Probefahrt-Buchungsplattform ist eine digitale Lösung, über die Interessierte Testfahrten für bestimmte Fahrzeugmodelle online buchen, vor Ort einchecken und ihre Teilnahme rechtssicher bestätigen. Anders als ein einfaches Buchungsformular bildet sie den gesamten Prozess ab, von der Anmeldung über die Modellauswahl bis zum Check-in am Fahrzeug. Bei mehrstandortigen Aktionen wie Roadshows kommt hinzu, dass dieser Prozess an jedem Standort identisch funktionieren muss.


Baustein 1: E-Mail-Validierung gegen Bot-Buchungen und fehlerhafte Adressen


Kostenlose Probefahrten sind ein beliebtes Ziel für Bot-Buchungen und Spam-Anmeldungen. Eine belastbare Plattform stellt deshalb eine bewusste Hürde vor die eigentliche Buchung: Nutzer geben zunächst ihre E-Mail-Adresse ein und erhalten erst danach einen persönlichen Buchungslink. Diese Validierung filtert nicht existierende und vertippte Adressen heraus, bevor überhaupt ein Termin vergeben wird.

Der Effekt reicht über reinen Spam-Schutz hinaus: Wer am Ende Leads an ein CRM übergibt, profitiert von validen Kontaktdaten von Anfang an.


Baustein 2: Alters- und modellabhängige Freigabe automatisiert prüfen

Bewährt hat sich ein Modell mit mehreren Checkpoints: ein Hauptcheck-in am Desk und ein separater Check-in für die jeweilige Probefahrt. Dort bestätigt das Personal die Sichtprüfung des Führerscheins, ordnet das Fahrzeug zu und lässt die Teilnahmeerklärung digital unterschreiben, inklusive Bestätigung der Datenrichtigkeit. Hinweise zum Fahrzeug, etwa zum Zustand, lassen sich direkt in der App festhalten statt auf Zetteln, die später verschwinden.

So entsteht ein Ablauf, der an jedem Standort gleich funktioniert, auch wenn das Personal wechselt.


Warum endet Kampagnenmessung nicht beim Klick, sondern beim Lead?


Die Probefahrt ist der Punkt der höchsten Kaufabsicht im gesamten Marketingprozess. Eine Plattform, die nur bucht, aber nicht anbindet, lässt diesen Moment ungenutzt.

Über eine Anbindung an Adobe Analytics lässt sich jede Buchung ihrer Kampagne und ihrem Kanal zuordnen, kanalübergreifend und pro Standort. Bei Aktionen über mehrere Wochen und Standorte hinweg lässt sich das Mediabudget damit schon während der Laufzeit bewerten, nicht erst im Nachbericht.

Genauso entscheidend ist die Übergabe der entstandenen Leads an ein CRM wie Salesforce, inklusive Kampagnenherkunft, gewähltem Modell und Standort. Das Marketingeinverständnis wird direkt im Buchungsprozess abgefragt und mit übergeben, sodass das CRM den Double-Opt-in-Prozess auslösen kann. Damit ist die Zustimmung dokumentiert, mit Nachweis, wann und in welchem Zusammenhang sie erteilt wurde, und der Lead ist nach dem Event sofort nutzbar.

So wird aus einer Probefahrt-Buchung kein Einzelereignis, sondern ein durchgängiger Datensatz vom ersten Klick bis zum verwertbaren Lead.
